Calming and relaxing
5Complimentary from mio skincare. Liquid Yoga Space Spray smells like heaven. It’s a relaxing and calming scent. Before each workout, I spray a few pumps in the air above the mat, it makes the whole area smells so wonderful. It gives me energy to complete my work. I also like that it’s made from 100% natural ingredients and safe for pregnant women to use.

5This product is a gifted by Mio skincare liquid yoga space spray. First time I try and I love it is put in the space where you do yoga or any other activity. It helps you relax and be well. I personally recommend them.

a little disappointed
4This is gifted by Mioskincare. Generally speaking, I am a little disappointed. This spray smells of lavender. I haven't smelled other essential oils yet. Lavender can relax and help sleep, but unfortunately, my husband doesn't like the smell, so it is impossible for me to spray it on the bed to help sleep. I usually use it after exercise and it can really relax me, but I think this price is a bit expensive, and ordinary lavender essential oil spray can achieve the same effect.

5I got this complimentary from Mio Skincare. I Really like it’s refreshing scent, great for after a workout or just to refresh when the heat gets to you. Love using this before my yoga class.. It brings my yoga practice to the next level. I will highly recommend trying this once to everyone.

Lovely, relaxing blend
5I admit I had never heard of Mio Skincare prior to receiving the Liquid Yoga Space Spray, and I wish I had discovered it sooner, as its price point is great compared to another comparable brand I have been using. The spray is a fun blend of essential oils as well as several new-to-me extracts that are calming. I spray it on my pillow at night and around me when I start to get stressed and need to relax prior to my breathing techniques. I can make out the lavender and eucalyptus, two of my favorite essential oils, but there are a few scents in there I am unable to determine. I really like this! I was gifted by Mio Skincare.

4I was gifted by mioskincare.com this liquid yoga space spray. This calming space spray has a unique blend of essential oils that is very calming and relaxing. I spray it on my pillows and in my bedroom before bedtime and I fall asleep fast. I also use it during yoga for better zen.
